Source of Protein - Protein Rich



Proteins are composed of several amino acids including those essential that our body can not synthesize autonomously and so they need to be taken with food. They are indispensable for building tissue cells such as muscles, but release various waste slag that must be assimilated of by the kidneys and liver.
