Probios, always keen on the needs of those who choose a healthy and respectful for all forms of life eating, has just created a selection of tasty novelties custom-designed for vegan people.
Here is GOvegan, the first brand dedicated to all those who daily marry this philosophy, avoiding the consumption of each type of animal product (meat, fish, milk and dairy products, eggs, honey and bee products). A selection of specific specialties, which in part has been also certified by the high standards of the Vegan Society who first, in 1944, coined the term "vegan" with the aim of ensuring its members the correspondence between the food brought to table and the needs of consumers.
The product range consists of: spelt croissant (available natural or filled with apricot jam), vegan ciok (spreadable cream of cocoa and Italian hazelnuts), tortillas and wrap (for picnics with friends or in place of bread) and a range of specialties designed in collaboration with Roberto Politi, well-known author of vegan books and cookbooks, who made with Probios four unmissable recipes: vegan carbonara (made with tofu and seitan), vegan seaweed spread (created with a mix of algae and citrus flavoured), vegan Tuscan style spread (patè made with seitan) and vegan mayo (delicate mayonnaise with soy "yogurt").
A variety of combinations from the typically Mediterranean delicacy and flavor, able to go from breakfast to main course, from appetizer to dessert, without forgetting the convivial spirit that has always been characterizing the culture and cuisine of the "Bel Paese".
