A Preview of the Pictures



It was concluded yesterday the appointment "ZERO INTOLERANCE AND ALLERGIES" which was held in Modena Fiere, designed by AIC (Italian Celiac Association). Participants were able to take courses to learn how to make bread and crushed noodles and dumplings all gluten-free. During the morning ther were also held lessons for restaurateurs who treat gluten free menus. Probios was present with a booth tasting, where they could illustrate the now famous lines Rice & Rice and Corn Viva dedicated to gluten-free. In the afternoon interesting meetings on various issues related to celiac disease. We look forward to your next appointment among the many events Probios!
