Where to begin to present all the 2016 news?

Let’s start from GOvegan, the line offers a new way of eating ethically without sacrificing taste.
Here comes the white Vegan Ciock, based on almond and cocoa butter, palmoil-free: for chocolate lovers in white version!
It also comes the first wheat savory Vegan Croissant, naturally leavened with yeast sourdough enriched with delicious sesame seeds.

2016 is the International Year of Legumes proclaimed by FAO, and Probios decided to dedicate great importance to raw materials, just like pulses, but also cereals, seeds and flours.

The new range of soups made from cereals and legumes comes up: barley, spelt, buckwheat and oats. And 3 more gluten-free references: soup of amaranth and quinoa, pulses mix and rice mix.

In the gluten free grains range fits hulled sorghum, an ancient cereal that Probios offers you cultivated in Italy.
Among the gluten-free flours add the chickpea flour, stone ground by Italian chickpeas, it’s accompanied by the recipe of traditional Tuscan “cecina” in the pack!

Also noteworthy are the two new flour mixes by Rice&Rice, based on Italian organic rice flour, guaranteed gluten free and available in 2 versions: for cakes and and biscuits, and for bread, pizza and focaccia.

It expands the range of spreadable creams based on seeds and dried fruit. New entry in the range the hemp seeds cream and sunflower seeds cream: gluten free, vegan and stone ground, discover all the properties on the product sheets!

From our manufacturing company Il Nutrimento come the new recipes of specialties in oil: organic Italian vegetables processed with traditional Mediterranean recipes.

Big news also among the bakery goods and salty snacks!

Panito, the gluten-free long shelf life bread line, launches gluten free bagels, milk- and yeast-free, natural and with rosemary, from traditional Apulian recipe.
Make sure to try also the mini baguette and the mix of sandwiches, both dairy-free and with sunflower seeds oil.
