In addition to Bio in Tube, the company will also present "Mayorice", the brand new range of rice-based mayonnaise produced under the brand Rice&Rice for Probios, the parent company of the Group. The product, created in 2004 and winner of the Innovation Awards at Biofach in the same year, was the world's first rice mayonnaise. Recently, Mayorice has been revisited in its recipe and also proposed in tube version.

Il Nutrimento is an excellent example of production from farm to table. The production of Il Nutrimento’s products has been recently moved from Cremosano (CR) to Calenzano (FI), where Probios has its headquarters. The new avant garde facility is 1750 square meters wide and, with the group leader, aims to become one of the biggest point of convergence of organic food in Italy.
