Gardens and Refectories – Florence Expo 2015 Event

Fruits and vegetables of urban gardens, set up within Podere Cascine in the Agricultural Institute of Florence, and Probios organic products cooked by starred chefs for special dinners organized by PromoFirenze in the most beautiful cloisters and coteries of Florence.
A project that has the official support of EXPO 2015, in line with the main theme of "feeding the planet-energy for life", which follows a logic of territoriality and seasonality in exceptional location of great historical impact.

Thursday, July 2 - Cloister and Refectory of San Marco - Chef Maria Probst and Cristian Santandrea
Thursday, July 16 - Cloister of Santo Spirito - Chef Filippo Saporito
Thursday, September 10 – Cloister and Refectory of San Marco
Thursday, September 24 - Cloister and Refectory of Ognissanti

Aperitif, guided tour and dinner: limited seats.
