We are back for a few days after the American trip that has played a leading role in two events: the Summer Fancy Food in Washington and the day dedicated to raising funds for the "Celiac Disease Program" at Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC too. The experience was exhilarating, there was a lot of interest for our products that have been appreciated by the audience overseas.

The Summer Fancy Food Show is an unmissable event for all professionals, who meet every year to taste and learn about all the latest food industry in America.

However, we left our heart at Children's National Medical Center, where, thanks to the contribution of the companies present, the intervention of Shannon Ford - USA 2011 and Mrs. Dane Moxlow, Professional Race Drive and the commitment of the participants, funds were collected for the "Celiac Disease program", a program designed to raise awareness on the issues of gluten-free in the USA. The day was full of emotions and our gluten-free products won over the participants!
