Probios renews its participation to the 2018 edition of Biofach, that will take place from the 14th to the 17th February in Nurnberg. The exhibition is the most important Business Saloon Worldwide for Organic and Natural products, with more than 2950 exhibitors and more than 50000 visitors (VIVANESS included), and therefore a prestigious occasion for the biggest companies of the sector to showcase their latest news.
At our stand (Pav. 7 – stand 175), we will present the latest product news, and the specialties candidated at Biofach Innovation, such as the brand new Crispy Crackers with Chickpeas, an innovative cracker made with 99% pulses flour (chickpeas, lentils, peas), gluten free guaranteed. The other product that will compete to win the prestigious award is the Hemp and Basil Spread in Tube, ideal to prepare tasty sandwiches and tarts, and also perfect to season pasta.
To celebrate our 20 years of organic gluten-free activity, we will present the refreshed Mayorice range, an excellent mayonnaise-style spread made with rice, 100% plant based, and the first rice mayonnaise ever launched in the market, winner of the Biofach Innovation Award in 2004, now available in 6 different more creamy recipes, with a renewed pack: Original, with Herbs, Curry, Cocktail sauce, Tartar Sauce and the brand new Tzatziki Style.
Mayorice Original and Mayorice with Herbs are also now available in aluminum Tube, 100% recyclable, that allows to use the product with no waste and ensures perfect conservation once opened. Mayorice Original in tube will also be present at the Vegan World Stand (pav. 4 – stand 100), an area of the exhibition that will be entirely dedicated to vegan products.
An important place will also be dedicated to Il Nutrimento, company part of the Group since 2005 and ideal partner for Private Label. Among their latest news, the innovative Organic Spreads in Tube, a range of products packed in a 100% recyclable aluminum tube, and the Fruit and Vegetable Juice Drops, colorful and tasty drinks with all the flavors of nature.
Also, during the “Blue Night” scheduled for the 15th February from 6 to 9pm, at Probios’ stand, we have organized an event to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The event is opened to customers and visitors, to celebrate this important milestone reached this year!
