The Nature Tuscany pasta is produced with wheat grown within the Regional Park of Alberese located in Maremma Tuscany. This grain growing in a pristine environment, surrounded by the sea, scrubland and kissed by the sun, is then stone ground to obtain a flour ideal for the preparation of our pasta. The production is done by traditional methods, with bronze dies and slow drying. This gives the pasta a porosity perfect, ideal to soak up the sauce.
