Probios presents its new products at Free From Food, the international fair of products for food intolerances and allergies.
DURING THE EXHIBITION, THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN BRUSSELS, JUNE 3 TO 4, THE FLORENTINE COMPANY LAUNCHES ON FOREIGN MARKETS ITS THREE NEW PRODUCT LINES: THE RANGE OF "ALTRI CEREALI" (OTHER CEREALS), THE "HUMMUS HAPPY POP" AND THE FRUIT SPREADS WITHOUT PECTIN.
After participating at Cibus2014 in Parma and Cosmofarma in Bologna, Probios, leading company in Italy in the distribution of organic products, is preparing to present its new product lines at "Free From Food", the fair of organic food for intolerances which takes place in Brussels, Belgium, June 3 to 4.
During this prestigious event, the most qualified in the specific area of food "free from..." (that doesn't contain special ingredients, such as gluten, milk, sugar, and so on), Probios propose to international visitors three new families of food "free from":
- The range "Altri Cereali" (Other Cereals), which answers to the celiac consumer's needs and dedicated to those who suffer from food allergies or follow special dietary regimes too. The new family, which comprehends products for breakfast and pasta, includes among its ingredients buckwheat and amaranth, two herbaceous plants (and not cereals, as they are often incorrectly classified), which represent a valid alternative to corn and rice.
- The Hummus of chickpeas Happy Pop, a typical Middle Eastern preparation which consists of a velvety cream that blend the delicate flavour of the chickpeas with the pungent " tahini" (sesame cream) and lemon juice. This product is also guaranteed gluten-free, 100% vegetable.
- The new Probios spreads without pectin, finally, made with organic fruit of the highest quality in a very high percentage. The range offers both traditional and alternative flavours such as cranberry or goji, strictly gluten-free. All are sweetened with only fruit juice and without added pectin, to enhance the natural flavour of the fruit and its nutritional characteristics.
