Probios at Biofach 2015



DURING THE EVENT, WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN NÜRNBERG FROM 11 TO 14 FEBRUARY, PROBIOS WILL PRESENT THE NEWS OF THE LINE GOVEGAN AND ALTRICEREALI, FURTHER PROMOTING ITALIAN INNOVATION IN THIS BRANCH.

Probios, a leader in Italy in the distribution of organic vegetarian products and food intolerances, announces its participation at Biofach 2015, the most important professional exhibition at worldwide level of Natural and Organic. The Biofach takes place at the Nürnberg Trade Fair from 11 to 14 February, bringing together some 2,200 exhibitors and over 42 thousand visitors.

On its booth (Pad.7 - Booth 251), the Tuscan Group will propose to the public tasting of its range of products designed for the vegan world and for all those who suffer from food allergies, with special attention to the gluten-free products of the brands GOvegan, AltriCereali and Il Nutrimento: a careful selection of dishes made to enhance the tastes of those that choose a healthy way to eat and respecting all forms of life.

100% organic, the protagonists of the participation of Probios at the German trade fair will be a lot this year.

Will be presented for GOvegan, vegan people dedicated line and certified by the Vegan Society (which was the first in 1944 to coined the term "vegan"): the new vegan croissant (wheat, grains, with chocolate cream and cherry ), ideal for giving a tasty start to the day and vegan patè (Mediterranean, with tofu and olives, and tofu, mint and ginger), giving a further hint of typically Mediterranean innovation to the fair.

From Altri Cereali, the line dedicated to gluten free products, in addition to the presentation of the new 100% buckwheat pasta shapes you can enjoy even the millet and cocoa cookies, the Delights of Quinoa with chocolate cream filling and the Quadrette of buckwheat and quinoa, all source of fiber strictly based on buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa: three herbaceous plants with extraordinary nutritional characteristics (and not cereals as often improperly classified).

In tasting, then, there will be available too the products of Il Nutrimento that, thanks to twenty years of experience in the transformation and processing of italian 100% organic vegetables of high quality, is the ideal partner for private label production, with a large cookbook available to respond to specific requests and formulate new ideas.

During the event, Probios also attend the "Biofach Innovation", the award dedicated to products that offer a true innovation in the sector and for which, among others, have been selected: the Vegan carbonara, the wheat Vegan croissant with cherry, the Delights of quinoa, chosen for their excellent quality, strictly Italian.
