Probios announces its participation to the main specialized trade fairs, both Italian and international, planned for the month of may.
Starting from Milan, with Tuttofood, the International Food Exhibition at Fiera Milano, May 8th to 11 th.
At the Regione Toscana’s stand (pav. 10 – stand E16A), the company will be present with the entire range of Il Nutrimento, part of the group since 2005, that processes fresh organic vegetables to create typical Italian traditional specialties. Among the new products, the new Soy mayonnaises (natural, with turmeric and ginger, with beets and hemp seeds), besides the new pesto versions with raw Tuscan black kale, available into 2 gluten free versions: with kale, and with sundried tomatoes. The beet mayonnaise has also been selected to participate to the #atuttainnovazione award, addressed to companies that created new products, in compliance with the new food trends and needs.
Concurrently, in occasion of the Milan WEEK & FOOD, the new week dedicated to high quality food&beverage, on May 8th, from 7.30pm, will take place the Bio Party at Naturalmente in Milan, the Rigoni di Asiago’s shop located in 15, Via Michelangelo Buonarroti. For the selected guests, the chef Martino Scarpa will offer an original organic buffet with the best products of Il Nutrimento and Probios, such as the pestos, the buckwheat couscous and the rice.
The day after Probios will attend CAMBIO VITA EXPO, the “EXPO of healthy living” in Catania, scheduled in May 12th to 14th. The company, at the stand S64, will present the new range of ancient grains-based products, made with ancient Sicilian varieties (Margherito, Perciasacchi, Russello, Timilia and Maiorca), preserved thanks to the cares of the “grain keepers”, the farmers that dedicated themselves to safeguarding those products, and many other products of the company.
After Catania, May 16th to 17th, in Amsterdam will take place PLMA “the World of Private label”, that matches every year manufactures and retailers looking for new products, contacts and ideas to facilitate success and growth of their projects. Even on this occasion, the protagonist will be Il Nutrimento with the new mayonnaises and the kale-based pestos, at the stand FI3615. The beet mayonnaise, the sundried tomatoes pesto and the new sautéed vegetables will participate to the contest for the international prize “Salute to Excellence Awards”, an important award for the distributors that distinguish themselves for the innovation of the packaging of private label products.
Right after, May 17th to 19th, at Sniec in Shanghai, will take place SIAL China 2017, the major trade fair in Asia specialized in the food innovation, that will host more than 3.200 exhibitors in 149.500 square meters and more than 80.000 professionals from all over the world.
In occasion of the EU’s “Organic Food Organic Mood” project, that aims to grow and strengthen in the new markets the role of the European agricultural community, especially focusing on organic products, Probios will be present at the stand W3 D084, with Federbio. On this occasion, the Tuscan company will show the product range available on the Chinese market. 25 products typical of the Italian tradition: the white and whole wheat pasta, the specialties of Il Nutrimento like the EVO oil, the flavored oils, the tomato sauce, the peeled tomatoes, the chopped tomatoes, the arrabbiata and basil sauce. All ODC certification guaranteed, which is the standard developed by the Organic Food Development and Certification Center in China (OFDC), the non-profit public research, control and certification authority, specialized in the researches on organic food and instituted by the Ministry of the Environmental Protection (MEP).
