Source of Protein - Protein Rich
Proteins are composed of several amino acids including those essential that our body can not synthesize autonomously and so they need to be taken with food. They are indispensable for building tissue cells such as muscles, but release various waste slag that must be assimilated of by the kidneys and liver. So it is crucial not to tire the latter with an excessive introduction of protein foods. A complete protein source is one that includes all the essential amino acids. The products of animal origin can be considered complete source of protein, but it is wrong to think that the foods of plant origin do not produce proteins. Products such as soy drinks Soy & Soy, or Easy to Go oat bran, are a good source of vegetable proteins also appreciated by sportsmen who choose protein foods but of good quality and organic guaranteed. 12% or 20% of the caloric value of these products is indeed made up of the protein as expected by te European Regulation.
