Today, the Gluten Free Expo is the reference event for the European market for gluten-free products, not only from the point of view of the exhibition, but also through conferences and debates on the topic of gluten.
In particular, the Gluten Free Expo is always open mind to innovation and evolution of the international market, as the introduction of alternative grains in gluten-free products. These one, nowadays, are still little used in Italy, while in the rest of the world they find ample space.
So, go ahead not only with corn and rice, but also in sorghum, teff, quinoa, millet, amaranth and buckwheat.
