Probios presents new product in May 2016: organic, vegan and gluten-free.

The cone is suitable for those who have made the vegan choice, it's 100% vegetable and palmoilfree. But it's also gluten-free, suitable for people with celiac disease, and dairy- and eggs-free for those with specific dietary requirements.

By GOvegan, the new vegan biscuit with fruit and cereal, made from wheat flour, enriched with oatmeal, apple, raisins and hazelnuts. 100% vegetable, is guaranteed palmoilfree, dairy- and eggs-free, therefore suitable for those with special dietary requirements, as well as rich in fiber.

In the Altri Cereali range:
- The oat and chocolate biscuits, a greedy embrace of vanilla and cocoa perfect for dipping!
The recipe doesn't contain palm oil, it's rich in fiber and gluten-free.
- The gluten-free cous cous of Italian buckwheat, which is a source of fiber and with its organoleptic qualities, gives a strong flavor to this traditional dish.
- The oat quadrette cake, crunchy yeast-free alternative to bread or tasty breaks, are rich in fiber and gluten-free.

Il Nutrimento offers innovative hemp pesto (min. 16% of hemp), revisiting the traditional Ligurian sauce.
Available in 3 flavors: with basil, with dried tomatoes and with zucchini and curry, all the recipes are vegan, dairy- and palm-free.
The new "taggiasche" olives by Il Nutrimento are a typical particularly aromatic cultivars from the Ligurian Riviera.

Easy To Go Launches the mignon oatmeal, ideal to start the day, they are a source of fiber and vegetable protein. Smaller than oatmeal we are used are perfect for a quick porridge.

New fruit juices in Probios range:
- new in 500 ml glass: nectar of black cherry, multifruit juice and orange juice.

Among drinks, a new soft drinks of the Whole Earth line, based elder, cool and refreshing without dyes, preservatives and chemical aromas, sweetened with agave syrup.

In the grain range, gluten-free quinoa will be available from Italian cultivation since May, thanks to a project with the University of Florence. Less environmental impact for this cereal source of fiber and vegetable protein.

New cous cous coming:
- 4 cereals cous cous (wheat, kamut, spelt and corn), source of fiber, can also be prepared with cold water.
- Flavored cous cous, Mediterranean and Moroccan style, both source of fiber and ready in 5 minutes already with the sauce, with hot or cold water.
- Easy cous cous by Viva Mais, gluten-free based on corn and rice.
