Could Probios Miss Sana 2015?



DURING THE EVENT, TO BE HELD IN BOLOGNA FROM 12 TO 15 SEPTEMBER, PROBIOS PRESENTS THE NEW GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS OF THE BRAND ALTRICEREALI AND PRODUCTS DESIGNED FOR CHRISTMAS.

Probios, a leader in Italy in the distribution of organic vegetarian, vegan and food intolerances products, announces its participation at SANA 2015. The International Exhibition of Organic and Natural which has become over the years the main event dedicated to organic in Italy and which will inaugurate its 27th edition at the Bologna Fair from 12 to 15 September.

Within his double stand (Pav. 31 - Booth B23/C26), the Tuscan Group will offer to the public a tasting of its range of products designed for all those who suffer from food allergies, with a focus on gluten-free products of the brand AltriCereali, and the innovations planned for Christmas. A careful selection of specialties designed to enhance the taste of those who choose healthy eating and respect for every form of life.

100% organic, the protagonists of the participation of Probios at the Bologna fair this year will be so many:

For the brand AltriCereali, dedicated to gluten-free, will be presented in particular the new range of breakfast products from oat. A new series of specialties for the line of the Tuscan group dedicated to those who suffer from food allergies and more, totally organic, guaranteed gluten-free, including many without milk, which are in addition to already well-known products in the range based on buckwheat, amaranth, millet and quinoa.
The new line based on gluten-free oat is composed of: the Oat-hearts biscuits stuffed with cherry, the wholewheat oat cookies, oat biscuits with hazelnuts, the tasty blueberry oats tart, the wholewheat oat tart, the Oatcake, the Delizia of oat with peach and apricot.

For the products dedicated to Christmas, Probios will propose to the general public a range of tasty news, traditional and "free from": from the gluten-free Christmas cake, with the new palm oil free recipe, the classic Panettone and Pandoro, to the vegan Christmas panettone of spelt or wheat from GOvegan, for those who choose healthy respect for all life.
From the line GOvegan too, you will find the delicious vegan chocolate bars: fudge, with soymilk and white, guaranteed gluten-free.

Not to forget, finally, the selection of sparkling wines, Moscato, Rosato and Millesimato, the tasting selections of honeys and spreadable sweet creams, and the specialties from the Vannini Bakery, as the organic panforte in three delicious versions.
Another big news coming for the holidays, will be the brandnew line of gluten-free pastry with traditional recipes like Florentiner and Wafer rolls.
To conclude, then, with a line of specialties with organic truffle: extra virgin olive oil, jams, honey, and specialties of Tuscan white truffle.

At the stand, you eill find as well the new releases of September, such as: the first gluten-free pasta of legumes produced in Italy, the eggpasta of spelt and the gluten-free "Fumetto" corn flour, made from ultra-fine grinding called "Fumetto".
In addition, the gluten-free black sesamseeds, the gluten-free Rice Besciamel, with Italian organic rice, 100% vegan and gluten-free, the gluten-free vegetable granules bouillon, the raw rice bran oil, the row grapeseeds oil, the wheat-Taralli in multipack and the new flavors of the Lubs raw bars, gluten-free too.
