Probios and Il Nutrimento at Biofach 2017



DURING THE EXHIBITION, THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN NURNBERG FROM THE 15TH TO THE 18TH FEBRUARY, PROBIOS WILL PRESENT THE NEW PRODUCTS FROM GOVEGAN AND BREAK&BIO

Probios, leading company in the distribution of organic products for vegetarian and intolerant diets, announces its participation to Biofach 2017, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic and Natural Products. Biofach will take place during the Nurnberg Fair, February the 15th to 18th, and will gather about 2500 exhibitors and more than 48 thousand visitors.

In its own stand (Hall 7 – Booth 171), the Tuscan Group will show to the public the latest brand new products, candied at Biofach Innovation and result of the continuous innovation of the Company.

In particular, from the GOvegan line, 100% plant based and certified by the authoritative Vegan Society, the new product presented will be the SpalmOil: an innovative seasoning made with solid cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Palm oil free and cholesterol free, it’s a natural source of vitamin E.

From Break&Bio, a line based on organic spelt flour, the new spelt sponge fingers (Savoiardi): a revisited version of the traditional Italian biscuits. Palm oil free, they’re perfect for dunking or to prepare the traditional tiramisù.

Available to taste, there will also be one of the latest products from Il Nutrimento: the Hemp pesto with sundried tomatoes. The traditional dressing made with basil and famous all around the world, in this case made with hemp seeds.  A 100% vegan recipe, with no palm oil and milk-free guaranteed, also available with basil or with zucchini and curry.

With the latter product and with the innovative SpalmOil, Probios will also be present in the special area VEGANWorld of Experience 2017 (hall 6, booth 4-400), designed and realized by BIOFACH in collaboration with Vegetarierbund Deutschland (German Vegetarian Society). An area to present to the public the most innovative vegan products, with show cookings, debate panels, readings and presentations entirely dedicated to the “vegan world”.
