Probios at Biofach 2016: organic, vegan and gluten-free new stuff



Probios will participate at the Biofach 2016, the worldwide most important Professional Exhibition of Organic and Natural. Biofach is held at the Fair in Nuremberg February 10 to 13, bringing together about 2,200 exhibitors and over 42,000 visitors.

At its stand (Hall 7 - Booth 155), the Tuscan Group will offer to the public a tasting of its range of products designed for the vegan world and for all those who suffer from food intolerances, with particular attention to the gluten-free products loanable by the Italian National Health System. The presented trademarks GOvegan, AltriCereali and Il Nutrimento are a careful selection of specialities made to enhance the tastes of those that choose a healthy way to eat and with respect for all life.

100% organic, the protagonists of the participation of Probios at Biofach trade fair this year will be many. Especially the new soups will be presented in different varieties: barley, spelt, buckwheat, oats and amaranth and quinoa, the last one gluten-free.

From AltriCereali, the line dedicated to gluten-free, you can taste the new Crispy Crackers with buckwheat, 100% organic, source of fiber and yeast-free, ideal for a snack or in place of bread. The memorable gluten-free oats products, the first produced in Italy which boasts the loanability granted by the National Health System.
In tasting, then, you’ll find even the new products of Il Nutrimento, such as specialties in oil, made with organic vegetables in the revised packaging and recipes, guaranteed vegan.

Thanks to twenty years of experience in the transformation and processing of Italian 100% organic vegetables of high quality, Il Nutrimento is the ideal partner for private label production, with a large cookbook available to respond to specific requests and formulate new ideas.

During the event, Probios also participates at the "Biofach Innovation", the award dedicated to products capable of offering a real innovation in the sector and for which have been selected two products from the GOvegan line: White Vegan Ciok, spreadable cream based on cocoa and almonds; and Salty Vegan Wheat Croissant, in addition to gluten-free legumes pasta 100% red lentils, gluten-free cookies Oat Hearts of the AltriCereali line and the new Corn Delta Snack of Happy Pop.

Probios will also be present in the new vegan space Vegan "Erlebniswelt" at Hall 6, with 3 products from the GOvegan line: White Vegan Ciok, Salty Vegan Wheat Croissant and Vegan Ciok with cocoa and hazelnuts.
