Probios launches Altri Cereali (Other Cereals) at CosmoFarma 2014

During the event dedicated to the world of pharmacy, the Florentine company presents "Altri Cereali", the organic gluten-free novelty dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector. The products, based on the two herbaceous plants "Buckwheat" and "Amaranth", are reimbursable by the NHS.
After the launch in February of Panito, the new organic gluten free bread, Probios presents at COSMOFARMA in 2014 - the event dedicated to the world of pharmacy that takes place in Bologna from 8 to 11 May - the new line "Altri Cereali" (Other Cereals) that meets the needs of the celiac consumer and dedicated to those who suffer from food allergies or follow special dietary too.
The new line, which includes products for breakfast and pasta, includes among its ingredients buckwheat and amaranth, two herbaceous plants (and not cereals, as they are often uncorrectly classified) with excellent nutritional characteristics that represent a valid alternative to corn and rice: a line developed to propose therefore a new way of eating gluten-free.
Among the products there is a 100% Buckwheat Pasta, a reinterpretation of traditional pasta available in two formats: fusilli and penne. The perfect cooking performance and the rich content of fiber make it really special. To start your day, however, the line includes Buckwheat Cookies with carrots and almonds, soft Amaranth Plumcake with chocolate chips and apricot Buckwheat tart with no milk in the recipe.
All products in the range are reimbursable by the National Health Service.
