It was held in the beautiful setting of San Vito Lo Capo, the eighth edition of the famous Cous Cous Fest, international festival of cultural integration. Focal point of the event was the competition for the best recipe for cous cous, which this year has seen the two winners chef Tunisia Hajer Arouie and Msoughi Alà, who won the prize by winning the race in nine countries: Algeria, Cote d 'Ivoire, France, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Senegal and Tunisia. Probios was present at the stand of AIC, Italian Celiac Association, Cous Cous with our Gluten Free line Viva Mais. Lots of fun and good food at the stand AIC which has given the opportunity to taste this ancient dish even to those who can not eat foods containing gluten.
