DURING THE EHXIBITION, THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN BOLOGNA, SEPTEMBER 6 TO 9, PROBIOS PRESENTS A PREVIEW OF ITS NEW BRAND GOvegan, BESPOKE DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO CHOOSE A VEGAN LIFESTYLE.

Probios will present a preview of  its new product range GOvegan, designed especially for anyone who has chosen a vegan lifestyle hence avoiding all types of animal products. The new product range, which is completely unique, is certified by the Vegan Society which first coined the term vegan in 1944 with the aim of ensuring that its members could find quality products that effectively fulfilled "vegan" requirements.

The line comprises spelt croissants (available plain or filled with apricot jam), vegan ciok (a creamy spread with cocoa and Italian hazelnuts), piadine (or flat bread) and wraps (for a snack or as a replacement for bread) and a range of specialities developed with the collaboration of Roberto Politi, a well-known author of books and vegan cookbooks. Politi created four recipes with Probios: vegan carbonara (made with tofu and seitan), vegan seafood spread (with seaweed and citrus fruit), vegan Tuscan spread (with seitan paté to spread onto bread) and vegan mayo (mayonnaise with real soy yoghurt).

At the booth it will be possible to taste all the GOvegan specialties and to observe the preparation during the dedicated showcooking.

So many new products in 2014, such as the new gluten free flakes ALTRI CEREALI, bottled juices and iced teas, and the new range of dried fruit.
