SANA 2013 - The Cuisine of Probios
PROBIOS CELEBRATES ITS 35 YEARS OF BUSINESS IN HEALTHY ACTIVITY
In occasion of Sana, international exhibition of organic and natural (Bologna 7 to 10 September 2013), which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, Probios wanted to diversify and develop its presence at the exhibition on the occasion of its 35th anniversary of business.
The company has expanded its stand, making it an interactive area devoted to events, tastings and meetings organized for the anniversary, with the wish to promote and disseminate the corporate philosophy in a transversal way.
To share the celebrations of the 35th anniversary Probios opens its stand at all, creating events and happenings not only of entertainment, but also for the dissemination on issues that concern the company in the front line:
- Zero miles, Bio and Territory
- Free gluten Diet and Intolerances
- Vegetarian and Vegan Diet
To talk in a different and direct way with the public interested and the responsibles of the sector to find a precise positioning and be an authoritative reference point thanks to its long history of success.
Those who will speak at the Sana at the company's stand "La Cucina di Probios", where they would sit down to watch a cooking theme show, participate in a guided tasting of organic wines or spend time with labs of food design.
Every evening from 17.30 until the end of the show Happy Hour with Probios to toast 35 years of the company.
Here is the schedule of the 4 days of the exhibition:
Saturday 7/9 - THEME: BIO AND TERRITORY
Hours 10.30/12.00 - Showcooking with BLOGGERS of AWARE COOKING and VEG RECIPES:
"Full speed ahead" (accompanied by wines selected by the sommelier)
Hours 13.00/14.00 - Tuscan organic Wine tasting with the Sommelier AIS - SONIA AGOSTINI
Hours 14.30/16.00 - Showcooking with BLOGGERS of AWARE COOKING and VEG RECIPES:
"At hand" (accompanied by wines selected by the sommelier)
From 16.30 - intervenes Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio - Univerde Foundation President and Minister of Agriculture and Environment
17.30 - BIO HAPPY HOUR ZERO KM
Sunday 8/9 - THEME: VEGAN
Hours 10.30/12.00 - COOKING SHOW with Roberto Politi, co-author of the Sweet Kitchen Ethics, edited by IDEAS VEGAN (accompanied by wines selected by the sommelier)
Following presentation of the book GUIDE FOR LIVING VEGAN, the authors Dora Grieco and Laura Mencherini intervene – Terra Nuova Editions.
A green compass to navigate the vegan world: reflections and information in order to live 365 days a year in respect of the other animals. Ilaria Beretta, radiotelevison author, meet the authors.
Hours 13.00/14.00 - Wine tasting with the Sommelier AIS Tuscan organic SONIA AGOSTINI
14.30 / 16.15 - COOKING SHOW with Roberto Politi, co-author of the Sweet Kitchen Ethics, edited by IDEAS VEGAN (accompanied by wines selected by the sommelier)
16.30 – let’s paint the panna cotta: laboratory of food design for children and young people edited by IDEAS VEGAN
17.30 - VEGAN ORGANIC HAPPY HOUR
MONDAY 9/9 - THEME: Celiac Disease
Hours 10.45/12.00 - Showcooking with the BLOGGERS of BREAD LOVE AND Celiac Disease:
gluten free brunch; to make bread
Hours 12.30/14.30 - PASTA GLUTEN FREE WINE TASTING of the Bio In Table
Hours 15.00/16.30 - Showcooking with the BREAD LOVE AND Celiac Disease bloggers:
baby gluten free menu; caramelize.
Following the final conclusions with the assistance of Dr. ELISA SPAGHETTI dietitian of AIC.
17.30 - ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE HAPPY HOUR
TUESDAY 10/9 - PIZZA DAY!
Tasting pizza with spelled monocco and wheat also in vegan version! During the day there will be three moments of the show with NIP FOOD Italian National Pizzaioli
Multimedia material of the showcookings and meetings will be available immediately after the show on the web site and social channels Probios.
The one who will accompany us in the first 3 days of the fair will be LORENZO LOMBARDI, an expert on green economy and joga teacher.
