The debts of a crisis that will still be kept artificially long, will become more and more debts not in the direction of Europe, but even more in the one of international finance, of which the ECB will be the investment bank.
In exchange for the guarantees given by the states with their "family jewels" (gold reserves, state-owned companies, estates, mineral resources ...).
So the big international finance will become the single biggest money-lender in Europe.
And this will prepare the subsequent formation of phase two of the project centralization and vertical integration.
Step one - the present - the European superstate.
Phase two of the Euro-American superstate, in the direction of the third stage, that of the World superstate.
The movement of the human conscience, now in full development, has the task of forming a super-network-of-networks of free consciences, in continuous horizontal exchange of ideas, feelings, talents, new economies, culture, science and art ...
And we will progressiveyl see the polarization of two parallel worlds: that of power and that of consciousness.
That of fear and that of active serenity.
That of the darkness of the soul and that of the light of the spirit.
That of slavery and that of freedom.
Political, military and financial systems work for the first one.
Only free consciences can work for the second one. As they are already doing.
