Foodex Japan 2017 with Federbio for “Ofom”



PROBIOS AT FOODEX JAPAN 2017 WITH FEDERBIO FOR THE PROJECT “ORGANIC FOOD ORGANIC MOOD”
IN MAKUHARI MESSE TO SPREAD THE CULTURE OF ORGANIC ITALIAN FOOD IN JAPAN

Probios will participate to Foodex Japan 2017, the most important Exhibition in Asia for food and beverages, as part of the Federbio’s project “Organic Food Organic Mood”.

Foodex, now at its 42nd edition, will take place at Makuhari Messe from the 7th to the 10th of March and will host 3.250 companies with 3.800 stands, accommodating more than 77.000 visitors from all over the world.

As part of the EU’s OFOM project, that has the goal to grow and strengthen the role of the European agricultural community with a special focus on the organic sector, Probios will be present at the exhibition at the stand 3 A 10, together with ICE and Federbio.

On Wednesday, March the 8th, a public event will take place, in order to present the products of the Tuscan company in occasion of a showcooking dedicated to Italian pasta. The chef will prepare Probios’ white fusilli, from certified Italian agriculture, with Il Nutrimento’s Pesto Genovese and cherry tomatoes, with a drizzle of Natura Toscana’s extra virgin olive oil.

Later, in occasion of the “Networking Night” for the press and the B2B, he will serve the “pasta with red pesto and almonds”, that will propose Probios’ white fusilli again, and will present Il Nutrimento’s red pesto, prepared with 100% Italian organic tomatoes, naturally sundried.
