DURING THE EVENT, TO BE HELD IN BOLOGNA APRIL 17 TO 19, PROBIOS PRESENTS THE NEW FEATURES OF THE LINE ALTRI CEREALI.
Probios, leader company in Italy for the distribution of organic food for vegetarians and for food intolerances, announces its participation at the Cosmofarma Exhibition 2015, the most important event for the world of pharmacy at the European level within the health and beauty care and all services related to the world of pharmacy. The Cosmofarma Exhibition takes place at the Bologna Fair, March 17 to 19, bringing together about 16,000 pharmacies and over 27 thousand visitors.
At the stand (Pav. 36 - Booth I5), the Tuscan Group will propose a tasting of its range of products designed for all those who suffer from food allergies and intolerances, reimbursable by the National Health System, with particular attention to the gluten-free products of the brand Altri Cereali: a careful selection of specialties made to enhance the tastes of those that choose a way to eat healthy and with respect to all forms of life.
100% organic, many will be the protagonists of the participation of Probios at the Bologna fair this year.
For the gluten-free line Altri Cereali, in fact, will be presented, in addition to specialties already known to the public, such as crispy flakes, even the new formats of 100% buckwheat pasta, millet and cocoa cookies, Delizia of Quinoa biscuits with chocolate cream filling and the Quadrette cakes of buckwheat and quinoa, all source of fiber strictly based on buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa: three herbaceous plants with extraordinary nutritional characteristics (and often improperly classified as cereals).
"Participating in a reality such prestigious as the Cosmofarma Exhibition - explains Fernando Favilli, President and CEO of Probios - is very important, especially for the route taken to date. Already by the mid-90s, in fact, we produced the first gluten-free organic products for the market and a friend of mine returning from California, brought me those rice noodles. It was hard to think of our pasta in a new version. However, I embraced the challenge and tried to find someone who could produce this type of very innovative food. The response was remarkable, because even in Italy there are more than 1% of the people who suffer from celiac disease. Since then, the company has always been looking for something new in respect of all life and following the needs of an always evolving public and even of all the difficulties of the various creative processes, we can now say that I have made the right choice continuing to support the decision to focus our resources in order to propose always new flavors that could satisfy even the most discerning palate. “
