During the ehxibition, Parma 5-8 May, the leading company in distribution of organic food products presents a preview of the new gluten free brands, developed for those who have particular food intolerances too. Novelties from Il Nutrimento as well, the Group society specialized in contract manufacturing of Italian organic vegetables. 


Florence April the 29th – Probios, leading company in Italy for distribution of organic and intolerances food products, announces its participation to Cibus 2014, International Food Ehxibition in Parma from 5th to 8th May.


The Florentine company will present a preview of the new brands in the gluten free area, where it's leader with more than 200 products (including more than 100 included in the handbook of Italian Celiac Association and loanable by the National Health Scheme). The new gluten free ranges perfectly meet the needs of celiacs who also have other special food intolerances: many of the gluten-free products are in fact even without milk, without yeast, without added sugar and made with cereals ina lternative of rice and corn, traditionally used in the gluten free diet. 


Novelties coming also from the Probios group company Il Nutrimento. The company, which is based in Cremona, works only Italian organic vegetables for third-party brand, giving rise to traditional handcrafted specialties, such as sauces, pickled foods, pate, olives and seasonings. Il Nutrimento products are all certified by the Italian Vegetarian Association as 100% vegetable without meat and animal derivatives; many references are also included in the Italian Celiac Association handbook beacuse naturally gluten-free. With the project Il Nutrimento, Probios want to encourage the organic farming in its homeland, where sustainable agriculture is constantly expanding, ensuring the traceability of each product and supporting producers who, through their work, preserve the biodiversity of our territory and reduce environmental impact.
