Biostock, a Probios group company founded in 2003, leader in the supply of organic raw materials, offers a wide range of bulk ingredients in different formats, such as grains and flakes, spices and herbs, legumes, seeds, flours and starches, oils and dressing, delicatessen and bakery products, pasta and sauces, rice and cous cous.

Part of the products are certified gluten-free, some of which are included in the AIC handbook (Italian Celiac Association).

In 2015 Biostock expands its gluten-free range with many new features!

Some products were already present on the price list, such as leavening agents, broth granules, fruit compotes and cocoa spreadable creams.

While among the new features we find: flours and prepared mix of different grains, legumes, seeds and cereals.
