Probios in Florence for Conference Promoted by AIC and Celiac Disease Foundation
Probios is pleased to announce its presence among the sponsors of the conference "Celiac 360 °: from medicine to social science and food technology" to be held in Florence at the Palazzo dei Congressi, 29 to 31 March 2012. The event, sponsored by AIC and the celiac Disease Foundation, will take place through conferences and round tables where the new frontiers of celiac disease and gluten-free products will be discussed, eminent scholars from all over the world (several European countries, USA, Australia) will partecipate. After 7 years, AIC will bring back to Florence the greatest experts in the world for Celiac disease for another prestigious meeting that promises to be the most important scientific event of 2012 for this food intolerance. The conference is sponsored by the City of Florence, the Province of Florence, the Tuscany Region and the Council of the National Order of Food Technologists. Probios will be present with its own stand for the duration of the convention, to let partecipants taste their own lines of organic products without gluten and pay homage to them with a selection of products.
