Probios selected by the European Commission to Represent the Organic Italian in Tokyo Foodex

Probios, as a representative of the Italian Organic abroad, has been invited for the second consecutive year by the European Commission to participate in the most important fair in the Asian region for the food industry:
Foodex in Tokyo from March 4th to March 7th, 2014
Now in its 39th edition, it is an event of great attraction for trade throughout the eastern and the most appropriate channel to penetrate the Japanese market, where the value of imports of food products from Italy is steadily growing.
Probios will be present at the area of the European Union and will also participate in events organized by the Commission:
- Mini lecture: Introduction to Organic, Italian certification and presentation of a typical Italian product, pesto. Taste of pasta with pesto sauce for all participants in the mini-conference.
- Game of the stamp: professionals must visit all the stands EU collecting stamps. Once completed the card they can pick up the prize at the reception booth EU. Probios put at stake the compound of Blueberry.
- Wheel of Fortune: Visitors of the EU booth that correctly answer a few questions have the opportunity to spin the wheel and win a prize. Probios raffles sauces and pesto sauces.
- Showcooking edited by a chef who will prepare live some dishes with pesto of Il Nutrimento: a creamy risotto with blue cheese and a marinade for risotto.
