Apple Fritters with Sesame and Hazelnut Spreadable Cream

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine the water and the oil, then, without stirring, add the coconut sugar, the flour, the pinch of salt, the turmeric, the cinnamon and the baking soda.
  2. Separately, peel the apple and thinly chop it. Pour the lemon juice in the bowl, directly over the baking soda, to activate the reaction.
  3. Whisk the ingredients for a few minutes, then add the apple chunks and the sesame seeds.
  4. Heat a pan and brush it with some oil. With a spoon, create the fritters and cook them for a few minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from the stove and serve.
