INGREDIENTS
- - 1 Apple
- - 100g Probios’ type 0 wheat flour
- - 100ml water
- - 40g Probios’ whole coconut sugar
- - 25g Il Nutrimento’s sunflower seed oil
- - 1 teaspoon Probios’ sesame seeds
- - A pinch of salt
- - A pinch of baking soda
- - A pinch of turmeric powder
- - A pinch of cinnamon powder
- - Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
- - One tablespoon Vegan Ciok hazelnut spreadable cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the water and the oil, then, without stirring, add the coconut sugar, the flour, the pinch of salt, the turmeric, the cinnamon and the baking soda.
- Separately, peel the apple and thinly chop it. Pour the lemon juice in the bowl, directly over the baking soda, to activate the reaction.
- Whisk the ingredients for a few minutes, then add the apple chunks and the sesame seeds.
- Heat a pan and brush it with some oil. With a spoon, create the fritters and cook them for a few minutes on each side.
- Remove from the stove and serve.
