INGREDIENTS
- - 1 liter of juice of oranges or tangerines
- - 50 grams of rice flour
- - 1 tablespoon of agar-agar flakes
- - 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- - Zest of 1 orange or 1 tangerine
- - Freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir in cold ingredients (except citrus peel) and bring to a boil.
- Keep the boil until the agar-agar is completely dissolved, then pour into a pudding mold or in individual portions.
- Allow to cool and thicken.
- Garnish with a little 'zest cutted into strips and a light dusting of pepper.
