INGREDIENTS
- - 600 g of white grapes
- - 3 eggs
- - 85 g of whole wheat flour
- - 50 g of brown sugar
- - 0.50 grated lemon rind
- - 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- - cinnamon powder
- - 250 ml of oat milk
- - salt
- - nutmeg
- - Powdered sugar
- - extravirgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Cut the grapes in half (removing any seeds) and arrange them on absorbent paper.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Combine the milk, the zest, and stir in slowly the previously sifted flour with vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Grease a ceramic baking dish of about 20x30 cm with the aid of a sheet of paper wettend with some oil. Arrange the grapes into the mold, distribuite the mixture on it and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, you can use molds of smaller size).
- Let cool slightly before serving the clafoutis dusted with icing sugar.
