Clafoutis White Grapes

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Cut the grapes in half (removing any seeds) and arrange them on absorbent paper.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Combine the milk, the zest, and stir in slowly the previously sifted flour with vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
  4. Grease a ceramic baking dish of about 20x30 cm with the aid of a sheet of paper wettend with some oil. Arrange the grapes into the mold, distribuite the mixture on it and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Alternatively, you can use molds of smaller size).
  5. Let cool slightly before serving the clafoutis dusted with icing sugar.
