Frozen Yogurt and Summer Fruits

INGREDIENTS
  • - 560 g of whole yoghurt
  • - 200 g of peaches
  • - 130 g of honey
  • - 1 lemon, juice
  • - 1 teaspoon of locust bean gum
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine in the glass of the blender the yogurt, the fruit, the honey, the lemon juice and blend it all. Add, then, the locust bean gum and blend again for a few seconds
  2. Pour immediately half of the mixture into ice cream machine filling only half of the cylinder: After about twenty minutes the ice cream is ready. Then prepare the rest of the ice cream
