INGREDIENTS
- - 560 g of whole yoghurt
- - 200 g of peaches
- - 130 g of honey
- - 1 lemon, juice
- - 1 teaspoon of locust bean gum
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine in the glass of the blender the yogurt, the fruit, the honey, the lemon juice and blend it all. Add, then, the locust bean gum and blend again for a few seconds
- Pour immediately half of the mixture into ice cream machine filling only half of the cylinder: After about twenty minutes the ice cream is ready. Then prepare the rest of the ice cream
