INGREDIENTS

- - 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the pears and cut them into thick slices about 2 cm.
- Grease generously with butter a mold for sweets with zip of a diameter of 22-24 cm and sprinkle with flour. Lie down the pears, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder provided for the cover and place it in a large bowl. Separately, beat the egg and then add the lemon juice, olive oil, the just melted butter and honey.
- Pour the beaten egg into the flour and stir until the mixture is smooth: if too thick dilute it with a little milk. Distribute it over the pears and make sure that the covers evenly.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve the cake warm or cold. Try to match the cake with greek yogurt, or a few spoonfuls of custard. For a more tasty, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream covered with melted dark chocolate. Instead with apples, you can try this cake with other fruit, following the seasons.
