INGREDIENTS
- - 200 g rice flakes
- - 50 g whole corn flakes
- - 50 g puffed quinoa
- - 50 g buckwheat
- - 50 g raisins
- - 50 g dehydrated apples
- - 25 g sunflower seeds
- - 25 g sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast the buckwheat in a small pan for a few minutes, to make it look golden. Do the same with the seeds.
- Chop the apple and combine them to the rest of the ingredients.
