Melon Ice Lollies

INGREDIENTS
  • - 400 g melon pulp
  • - 250 g Soy Milk
  • - 110 g of Raw Cane Sugar
  • - 60 g of light cane sugar
  • - eight 80 ml molds for ice lollies including sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix the soy cream in a bowl with 60 ml of water and light cane sugar, making it melt. Let it flavor.
  2. Chop the melon pulp and then blend it with the raw cane sugar until you obtain a smooth and smooth mixture.
  3. Pour a layer of melon cream into the ice lolly molds, keep them in the freezer to harden for 20 minutes and then form the second layer of soy cream. Put them back in the freezer and proceed in the same way until the ingredients run out, inserting the special sticks when you pour the last layer. Let the ice lollies freeze before serving them (calculate a minimum time of at least 3 hours).
