INGREDIENTS
- In addition to the Altri Cereali mix for cakes and biscuits, you need the following ingredients not included in the packet:
- - 130 g butter
- - 130 g sugar
- - 4 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix 130 g of softened butter and 130 g sugar, add 4 egg yolks and beat together to make a cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add them gently to the cream.
- Add 250 g of flour mix.
- Mix together, pour into a cake tin of max. diameter 22 cm and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Check the cake is ready by putting a skewer into the middle of the cake.
