INGREDIENTS
- For the filling:
- - 1 egg
- - 3 yolks
- - 35 g of cane sugar
- - 200 g of dark chocolate
- - 125 g of butter
- - 1 teaspoon chili oil
- For the dough:
- - 100 g white flour
- - 125 g almond flour
- - 125 g of butter
- - 100 g of icing sugar
- - 30 g of biscuits
- - 2 yolk
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the sugar with the softened butter, egg yolks and vanilla, then add the flour and the crushed biscuits. Knead quickly until the mixture is uniform. Wrap in a cloth and let rest in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
- Prepare the filling by beating the egg with the egg yolks and sugar.
- Than add the butter to the already chocolate melted in a double boiler, mixing and dissolving completely and in the last add also the spicy oil. Combine the two mixtures gently.
- Line with the dough a greased and floured baking pan of 30 cm, pour the chocolate cream over the dough and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180-190°C.
