INGREDIENTS
- - 4 peaches mature
- - 30g brown sugar Probios
- - 10 leaves mental juice 1 limone
- - Red fruits or dried goji berries to taste
- - Chocolate Truffles Ajello Probios q.s.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the peeled and diced peaches in a saucepan with the lemon juice and sugar.
- Once cool, blend them in a blender, adding the mint leaves.
- Serve the gaspachi of peaches in a bowl garnished with a couple of dark truffles Probios and a few dehydrated grains of red fruits or a few berries gojii, made previously revived with water.
