
INGREDIENTS
- -Panito white loaf with sunflower seeds
- -1 package of pre-cooked beets
- -1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar gluten free
- -2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- -The juice and zest of half a biological lemon
- -1 bunch of fresh parsley
- - freshly ground pepper
- -70 grams of Greek Feta
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate the beets in a food processor with the disc with medium holes.
- Whisk now the balsamic vinegar with lemon and olive oil and add the finely chopped parsley.
- Season the beets with the prepared vinaigrette.
- Crumble the feta cheese and mix the salad with the lemon rind.
- Cut the Panito loaf into thin slices and grill it on a hot plate.
- Serve the bread with the salad for a tasty and delicious snack.
