PREPARATION:
1 Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler and let cool.
2 Whip the eggs with the sugar and whisk until they become swollen and foamy. Then stir in the smoothie avocado previously reduced to a cream. Add the melted chocolate, mix together thoroughly and then add the flour and baking powder sifted together.
