
INGREDIENTS
- -50 grams of almonds
- -100 g of sesame seeds
- -10 grams of coriander seeds
- -3 grams of cumin seeds
- -1 teaspoon of salt
- -1 teaspoon of black pepper grains
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast all the seeds in a pan and then break coarsely in a mortar with salt and pepper. It can be kept a few days in the fridge in a sealed jar.
