
INGREDIENTS
- - 1 liter water
- - 2 organic apples
- - 1 vanilla pod
- - 1 handful of fresh lemon balm leaves (half if dried)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the apples with the peel, put them to boil the water together with the lengthwise engraved vanilla bean; cover is important not to disperse the aromas.
- After 5 min. add the lemon balm, turn off the heat, let stand 10 min.
- Strain and serve sweeten to taste with honey and lime.
- Keep these sliced apple possibly for breakfast.
- The vanilla pod can be reused a few times.
