
INGREDIENTS
- - 250 g of flours mix for bread, pizza and focaccia Rice & Rice (500 g)
- - 290 g water
- - 8 g extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put in the bread machine in following order: 290ml of water, 8g of extra virgin olive oil, 250g ready prepared for bread, pizza and focaccia Rice & Rice.
- Use the preferred program for gluten-free bread, with maximum browning. If necessary help the mixer with a spatula to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- It is advisable to let stand about 30 minutes in the bread machine, without opening the lid, before serving.
