  1. Dissolve the chopped yeast with a spoon of salt in 350 ml of water, then stir in the mixture to the rice flour mixed with chickpea flour. Knead for a few minutes, then add the finely julienne chopped onion and knead for a few minutes.
  2. Arrange the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  3. Bake the bread in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes. Once lifted from the mold, let it cool wrapped in a cloth.
