- In addition to the Altri Cereali mix for bread, pizza and focaccia, you need the following ingredients not included in the packet:
- 12.5 g fresh yeast
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve 12.5 g of fresh yeast in 180 ml of water. Add the flour mix and 15 g of extra virgin olive oil.
- After mixing, leave to rise for about 30 minutes, covering with transparent film.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
- After baking, wait a few minutes before cutting the bread into slices.
