
INGREDIENTS
- In addition to the Altri Cereali mix for bread, pizza and focaccia, you need the following ingredients not included in the packet:
- 25g fresh yeast
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve 25 g of fresh yeast in 250 g of warm water and mix.
- Put into the bread machine in the following order: the yeast dissolved in water, 15 g of extra virgin olive oil and the flour mix.
- Use the recommended programme for gluten-free bread, with maximum browning. If necessary use a spatula to help mixing for a smoother mixture.
- It is recommended to leave the bread to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
