Bread Altri Cereali (with bread machine)

  1. Dissolve 25 g of fresh yeast in 250 g of warm water and mix.
  2. Put into the bread machine in the following order: the yeast dissolved in water, 15 g of extra virgin olive oil and the flour mix.
  3. Use the recommended programme for gluten-free bread, with maximum browning. If necessary use a spatula to help mixing for a smoother mixture.
  4. It is recommended to leave the bread to rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
