
INGREDIENTS
- In addition to the Altri Cereali mix for bread, pizza and focaccia, you need the following ingredients not included in the packet:
- 7 g dry yeast
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
- topping as preferred
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve a sachet of dry yeast (7 g) in 140 g of warm water, add 15 g of extra virgin olive oil and the flour mix.
- Knead and shape. Leave to rise for 30/40 minutes.
- Spread out the dough and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20/25 minutes.
