  1. Finely pound the sunflower seeds in a mortar. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water
  2. Mix the flour in a bowl of rice with buckwheat flour, corn starch, yeast, brown sugar, oil and a pinch of salt. Slowly add 150 ml of warm water until dough is smooth and soft. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 1-2 hours
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface about a finger high and cut many long breadsticks at least twenty centimeters. Roll them in sesame seeds and place them in the baking tray lined with baking paper, cover them and let them rise for an hour
  4. Bake the bread sticks at 180 ° C for about twenty minutes
