Sweet Pumpkin Focaccia - Raw Food

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
  2. Ground the flax seeds and sunflower seeds with a coffee grinder, separately.
  3. Soak for 15 minutes the raisins or goji berries.
  4. Puree the pumpkin until it becomes a puree, then transfer it into a bowl with the flour of seeds, nuts, orange zest, raisins or goji berries, cinnamon, vanilla and syrup.
  5. Spread the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and put it in the dryer for 4-5 hours.
