INGREDIENTS
- - 500 g pumpkin
- - 1 cup golden flax seeds
- - 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- - 1 and 1/2 cup raisins or goji berries
- - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- - grated rind of 4 or 5 oranges
- - 4 tablespoons agave syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
- Ground the flax seeds and sunflower seeds with a coffee grinder, separately.
- Soak for 15 minutes the raisins or goji berries.
- Puree the pumpkin until it becomes a puree, then transfer it into a bowl with the flour of seeds, nuts, orange zest, raisins or goji berries, cinnamon, vanilla and syrup.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and put it in the dryer for 4-5 hours.
